Terms of Service

1. General provisions

This document constitutes a public offer under Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. The Provider is [Sole proprietor “Full Name”, tax ID 0000000000, registered address], trading as HALCYON.

The Client is a natural person aged 18 or over who has accepted these terms.

Payment for a service constitutes acceptance of this offer. The agreement is concluded on these terms once payment is received.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Provider supplies informational and advisory services using tarot cards, in one of the formats described on the website.

Services are delivered remotely via the Telegram messenger as a written analysis, voice notes and a photograph of the spread.

The services are advisory and entertainment in nature and are intended to support the Client’s own reflection on their situation.

3. Ordering

The Client contacts the Provider on Telegram and describes their situation. The parties then agree the service format and the wording of the question.

The Provider may decline to supply a service without giving reasons — in particular where the request falls outside the limits published on the website under “What I don’t do”. Where a refusal follows payment, the payment is refunded in full.

4. Price and payment

Prices are published on the website in hryvnia and euro. The Provider may change prices; changes do not affect orders already paid for.

Payment is made in full in advance, by transfer to a Ukrainian bank card or by euro transfer.

Bank and payment-system fees are borne by the Client.

5. Delivery times

Within 24 hours of payment being confirmed for the “One question” and “Full reading” formats.

Within 3 business days for the “Year ahead” format.

Deadlines may be extended by mutual agreement, with advance notice from the Provider.

6. Rights and obligations

The Provider undertakes to deliver the service within the agreed time and scope and to keep all information received confidential.

The Client undertakes to supply accurate information needed to frame the question, to pay for the service, and not to use the materials received for commercial purposes without the Provider’s written consent.

7. Refunds

Before work begins, payment is refunded in full on request.

If, after receiving the reading, the Client considers that their question went unanswered, they may contact the Provider within 7 calendar days. The parties will agree either a fresh reading or a refund.

Refunds are issued within 10 banking days by the same method used for payment.

8. Limitation of liability

Services are supplied only to persons aged 18 or over.

The services are not medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal or financial advice and are not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.

The Provider gives no guarantee that any event will or will not occur. All decisions are taken by the Client alone, who bears full responsibility for them.

The Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from decisions taken by the Client.

9. Confidentiality

The Provider does not publish the content of enquiries, spreads or correspondence — not even in anonymised form.

Reviews are published only with the author’s separate consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its control, including military action and interruptions to power or communications. Deadlines are extended for the duration of such circumstances.

11. Term and changes

This offer is effective from publication until withdrawn by the Provider.

The Provider may amend these terms. Amendments take effect on publication and do not apply to orders already paid for.
