1. Who processes your data

Processing is carried out under the Ukrainian Law on Personal Data Protection and, for visitors in the European Union, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we process

Data you provide yourself during the conversation on Telegram: your name or handle, account identifier, the content of the correspondence, and the circumstances of your request.

Payment data: we neither receive nor store bank card numbers. Transfers go directly through the bank.

Website technical data: anonymised visit statistics with no personal identification. The site contains no forms and does not collect contact details directly.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Delivering the service you ordered — performance of a contract with you.

Answering enquiries and maintaining correspondence — our legitimate interest in communicating with clients.

Publishing a review — your separate consent alone, which you may withdraw at any time without giving reasons.

4. Cookies and third-party services

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address becomes known to Google under its privacy policy.

Conversations take place on Telegram, to which Telegram’s own privacy policy applies.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, except where required by law or on the written demand of an authorised public authority.

6. Retention

Correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after the work is completed and is then deleted.

Data required for accounting and tax purposes is retained for the periods set by Ukrainian law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold, to correct it, to request its deletion, to restrict processing, and to withdraw consent previously given.

Send requests to the Telegram account listed on the website. We respond within 30 calendar days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, if you are in the EU, with your national supervisory authority.

8. Security

Only the Provider has access to correspondence. Devices and accounts are protected by passwords and two-factor authentication.

9. Age restriction

The website and services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect or process data relating to minors.

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
